Science is the core around which SPEEDSIG is built.

SPEEDSIG is built upon the PhD research of founder Dr. Jason Weber. While the motivation for the development of SPEEDSIG comes directly from the trenches of professional sport, all features of its technical development are soundly based in science.

The scientific principal of CLINIMETRICS was adhered to in the research process. CLINIMETRICS describes the disciplined process by which technology is assessed prior to deployment in medical settings and focuses on the quality of clinical measurements.

    The extent to which a measurement actually represents to phenomena it is assessing.

    The capacity of a system to repeatedly produce the same results given the same circumstances across multiple sampling sessions.

    The capacity of a system to identify an individual as part of a known group.

  • Sensitivity

    A systems capacity to detect change over time.
